You agree not to use Yersi to create or distribute QR codes that:

Promote illegal activity or violate laws
Contain hate speech, threats, or abusive content
Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
Impersonate other individuals, brands, or services

4. Ownership of Generated Codes

Any QR code you generate using Yersi belongs entirely to you. We do not retain, own, or redistribute your generated content. What you create remains yours.

5. Service Availability
